About Jim: Jim Higgins is a Tennessee native. Born in Nashville, Jim went on to earn a B.S. with honors from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and J.D. from University of Memphis. In 1993, Attorney Higgins was admitted to the Tennessee Bar and has since represented a number of Tennessee clients in his nearly 15 years of legal service. Attorney Higgins handled cases from workers compensation to medical malpractice before entering into Employment Law.
